- A recent passport size photograph should be affixed on tcp right corner of the application.
- A self attested zerox copy of following documents should be attached with The application Form.
- Copy of Complete Mark Shads (X and XIIStd).
- Copy of Address Proof it ID Proof
- Proof of permanent residence Or Registration with District Employment Exchange / Zilla Sainik Welfare Board as a picot of Domicile.
- Copy of Caste Certificate issued by Tehsildar, if any, (In case OBC candidates, latest caste Certificate mentioning non-creamy layer clause to be submitted).
- Copy of discharge (Book) All pages). PPO, ID Card and LPC, In case of Ex-Serviceman and Priority Certificate in case of Dependent of Ex-servicemen issued by Zile Sank Welfare Board
- Employment Exchange registration card, If registered
- Copy of other Certificates, if any like transfer certificate of last class studied etc.,
- Copy of Income and Asset Certificate if applying under EIVS (Economically Weaker section) issued by one of the following Authorities:
- District Magistrate/ Additional District Magistrate/ Collector / Deputy Commissioner / 1st Class Stipendiary Magistrate / Sub Divisional Magistrate / Taluk Magistrate/ Executive Magistrate / Extra Assistant Commissioner/ Chief Presidency Magistrate/ Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate/ Presidency Magistrate/ Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsidar / Sub Divisional officer the area where the candidate and or/his family normally resides.
