Admit Cards to candidates whose names are appearing in this list have already been sent on their present postal address as mentioned in their applications. In case of non receipt of Admit Card, the candidate can also appear at concerned Written Test centre with a printout of concerned page of this list alongwith their Photo ID Proof and two passport size photographs.

About ITBP Constable Telecom (PET / PST) Pattern :
Exam Pattern for ITBP Constable (Telecom) Written Exam is as Follows:-
- Before start of physical efficiency test (PET) and physical standard test (PST) the candidates will undergo thorough verification of identity including Bio metric capture.
- The Height Bar Test & Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Will be Conducted First.
- The Detailed Exam Pattern is provided on the Below Syllabus on the Table.
About Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
The events of the PET are as follows:-
For Male Candidates
| i) 1.6 Kms Race | To be completed within 7.30 Minutes. |
| ii) Long Jump | 11 Feet (03 Chances) |
| iii) High Jump | 3½ Feet (03 Chances) |
For Female Candidates
| i) 800 Meters Race | To be completed within 4.45 Minutes |
| ii) Long Jump | 9 Feet (03 Chances) |
| iii) High Jump | 3 Feet (03 Chances) |
No marks will be awarded for this test and it will be only qualifying in nature. Those who do not qualify will be eliminated at this stage itself.
- Note:- PET will not be held for Ex-servicemen. However, Ex- servicemen will be required to pass the requisite PST, written test and medical examination.
Physical Standard Test (PST)
The events of the PST are as follows:-

- Weight – Corresponding to height and age as per medical standard (for male and female candidates)
