About CISF Constable Tradesman Exam :
It is notified that the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for the post of Constable (Technician/ Tradesman) will be conducted by CISF. Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) will be shortlisted the candidates and prepare a Merit list for candidates qualified for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). Physical Standard Test (PST) : (Qualifying in Nature) :

Relaxation : Permissible relaxation in Physical Standards for different categories of candidates are as under :
- Weight :- Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards.
- Medical Standards:- The shortlisted candidates will be medically examined by the Medical Boards to assess their physical and medical fitness.
- Note : The candidate must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and they should possess high colour vision. He/she must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
- Eye sight : Minimum distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of two eyes without correction i.e. without wearing of glasses.
Note: Ex-Servicemen candidates are eligible for total relaxation in physical standards. However their height & chest will be measured for record.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) (Qualifying in Nature) :
Those candidates who qualify the height Bar Test will be Shortlisted for PST. Candidates who qualify Physical Standard Test (PST) will undergo Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
