Police Home Guard PET / PST Date – Announce the letter
Test pattern :
- It will be based (10 + 2)
- The question paper will be of objective type
- The total number for each question will be 100 carrying each number
- The total duration will be 02 hours.
- There is no information regarding negative marking. So read the instructions in your booklet carefully.
Rules for physical quality testing
Height:
- General / BC Candidates Male: Minimum 165 cm
- Women for all classes: Minimum 155 cm
- SC / ST Men: Minimum 160 cm
- ABC Male Candidates: 162 cm
Chest:
The chest of the male candidate is as follows: –

Physical proficiency test
(1) Race:
Candidates must complete the race on time:
- Men: 1.6 km race 06 minutes (Candidates who have completed more than 07 minutes of race will be disqualified)
- Female: 1km run in 05 minutes (Candidates who have completed more than 07 minutes of race will be disqualified)
(2) High jump :
- Men : Minimum 04 feet
- Female : Minimum 03 feet
(3) Shot put :
- Men : Candidates must throw a 1 P pound shotput up to 1 14 feet.
- Female : Candidates must throw a 12-pound shotput up to 12 feet.
Home Guard Admit Card of Bihar Police :
