भर्ती के लिए अर्हताएँ एवं निश्चायक अंक – नियुक्ति के लिए विज्ञापन प्रकाशन वर्ष के पूर्ववर्ती दो कलैडर वर्ष 2019 एवं 2020 की खेल अवधि की उपलब्धियाँ विचारणीय होगी। खिलाडियों को निम्नलिखित रीति से अंक दिए जाएंगे
- खिलाड़ियों को अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता में कोई पदक प्राप्त करने पर 35 अंक अथवा भाग लेने पर 32 अंक
- राज्य का प्रतिनिधित्व अथवा विश्वविद्यालय का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हुए राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता अन्तर्राज्यीय / अन्तर विश्वविद्यालय खेल प्रतियोगिता में पदक प्राप्त करने पर 25 अंक अथवा ऐसे खेल-कूद में भाग लेने पर 14 अंक
- राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता से कोई पदक प्राप्त करने या जिला/महाविद्यालय का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हुए राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता में पदक प्राप्त करने पर 10 अंक विनिश्चित किये जाएंगे।
उम्मीदवार उपर्युक्त प्रत्येक श्रेणी में अधिकतम एक-एक प्रतियोगिता में ही भाग लेने अथवा पदक जीतने का प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं इससे अधिक नहीं। आवेदन पत्र में उल्लिखित प्रतियोगिता में हेतु उम्मीदवार द्वारा दाया प्रस्तुत किया गया हो चयन प्रक्रिया के दौरान कोई परिवर्तन नहीं किया जायेगा।
चयन प्रक्रिया –
- पुलिस महानिदेशक, बिहार की अध्यक्षता में गठित विशेष खेल समिति द्वारा प्रतिभा खोज समिति की अनुशंसा पर सक्रिय खिलाडियों की नियुक्ति की जायेगी।
- खिलाडियों की नियुक्ति के लिए कोई लिखित परीक्षा संचालित नहीं की जायेगी। प्रमाण पत्रों के जांचोपरात सक्रिय खिलाड़ी चयन परीक्षण (Selection Trial) में भाग लेंगे। चयन परीक्षण (Selection Trial) उम्मीदवारों के खेल कूद कौशल, शारीरिक / स्वास्थ्य उपयुक्तता, खेल-कूद में उनके भावी पहलुओं का निर्धारण करेगी। सभी ऐसा परीक्षण प्रतिभा खोज समिति के अध्यक्ष एवं सभी सदस्यों की उपस्थिति में संचालित किया जायेगा।
- अंकों का निर्धारण निम्न प्रकार किया जायेगा
- पूर्व खेल-कूद उपलब्धि का निर्धारण 70 (सत्तर अंक)
- चयन परीक्षणों के दौरान निर्धारण 30 (तीस अंक)
कुल प्राप्ताक 100 के विरुद्ध न्यूनतम 60 अंक प्राप्त करने वाले अभ्यर्थी नियुक्ति के पात्र माने जायेंगे अभ्यर्थियों से नियुक्ति के लिए नियुक्ति के सिद्धान्त इस प्रकार अगीकार किया जायेगा जिससे कि उच्चतर अंक प्राप्त करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को प्राथमिकता दी जा सके। केवल 60 अंक प्राप्त कर लेना नियुक्ति की गारन्टी नहीं होगी।
