Job Purpose / Position Summary:
- Printing optimisation / improvements / SOP adherence check (Factory visits & Print data analysis) – Print data Analytics (SCRAP, MR Time, SPEED, PRODUCTIVITY, etc.).
- Training co-ordination with Suppliers & maintain machine health log (wherever necessary).
- Project implementation support : ZERO Defect (Vision system / Ink Kitchen / Graphics consolidation & outsourcing).
- Print Quality enhancements / Decoration innovation.
- FAT co-ordination for new technology introduction
- Gain and share printing knowledge on common platform across all regions.
Principle Accountabilities / Job Responsibilities:
- Independent, focus on results, perseverance
- Business and field oriented
- Good interpersonal skills, managerial courage (able to challenge practices cross-functionally and within the hierarchy)
- Ability to lead your co-workers along through changes
- Highly organized, rigorous and methodical
- Ability to simplify, ability to summarize
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma in Printing Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Engineering
Work Experience:
- 08 – 10 years’ experience in Print management.
- Previous experience / thorough knowledge in the area of production – understanding on key print methodologies (Letterpress / Flexo / Dry offset / etc.) & Print workflow (Pre-press/Graphics to final packaging)
- Proficient in Power Point / MS Excel.
- Knowledge on Pre-press software (Adobe or Similar systems) will be added advantage.
- Good communication (Fluency in English) and experience in people management (Leader).
