About Recruitment :-

Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) has recently announce about the recruitment of 228 Posts of Peon, Office Attendant & Various Other Posts of Category B, C & D. Many Candidates filled their application form. Application Submission Process is Conducted Online. The application form submission process is started form the date 05.06.2020 & Conducted Till the Date 26.06.2020 (by 11:59PM). Selection Process :-

Category ‘B’ at Sr. No. 1 to 3

• The Selection process for the posts category ‘B’ mentioned at Sr. No. 1 to 3 shall be the same as prescribed by the UGC vide Regulation 2018 adopted by University vide Notification No. 3-5/78 HPU(Genl.) Vol. VIII dated 19-01-2019 and 21-11-2019.

Category ‘B’ at Sr. No. 4 to 9

• Objective type written test in General Knowledge
• Subject aptitude test (SAT) in the concerned field and as per requirement of the post(s)
• Interview/ Personality test

Category ‘C’ at Sr. No. 10 to 23

• Written objective type examination
• Typing/ Skill Test
• Evaluation of documents

About Admit Card :-

Admit Card will be available shortly on the official website of Himachal Pradesh University. The Admit card of Himachal Pradesh University Various Posts will be available before some days of Examination on the website of Himachal Pradesh University. Admit Card is very important for any examination because without that no candidates allowed to give exam. Admit card are only available on website no one admit card will be sent to the Candidates. How To Download Admit Card :-

1. Candidates visit the official website.
2. Open the Notification for related post displayed on screen.
3. Login with provisional id & password.
4. Click on download admit card option submit.
5. Download and Print the admit card for future references.

Category ‘B’ at Sr. No. 4 to 9

Written Test

Exam Pattern :

The Exam Pattern Will be As Follows:

• The Exam Will be Objective Type.
• The Exam Will be of 40 Marks/ Questions.
• The Written Test Examination will be of two and half hours duration.

Note: The candidate’s qualified written test will be called for interview/ personality test in the ratio of 1:6+3 for each additional post.

Exam Pattern : The Exam Pattern Will be As Follows:

• The Exam Will be Objective Type.
• Objective type screening test consisting of 85 Multiple Choice Questions of 85 marks (each questions will be 1 mark each).
• The Written Test Examination will be of One & half hours duration.

Note: The examination for the post(s) mentioned at sr. no. 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15 shall be of Graduation standard, for the post(s) mentioned at sr. no. 16 to 20 shall be of  10+2 standard and for the post(s) mentioned at sr. no. 21 to 23 shall be of 10^th standard.
