All the posts will be filled on regular basis in the pay scale having Pay Band of Rs. 10300- 34800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 3800/- (Pre-revised), subject to revision as per revised Pay Scale due from 01.01.2016.
HPSCB Assistant Manager Educational Qualification :
| Assistant Manager | A second class graduation degree of a recognized University with minimum 50% marks. In case of candidates possessing banking experience of 3 years, simple graduate may also apply. |

HPSCB Assistant Manager Selection Will Be Done On Following Basis :-
- Pre Exam (In case the candidates applying for any category of posts is not upto the expected number of candidates)
- Mains Exam
HPSCB Assistant Manager Age Criteria :
- Candidate should be above 18 years and below 45 years of age.
- The candidates born between 01.01.2004 and 02.01.1977 (both days inclusive) are eligible. In the case of SC/ ST candidates upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years and in case of Ex-Servicemen and other reserve categories, there will be usual relaxation in the upper age limit for recruitment on the pattern of State Government.
