About RRB Group D Exam :
Railway Recruitment Cell (RRCs) will conduct CBT exam for recruitment of Level 01 Posts. Tentative Date of CBT Examination Is From July 2022. More Details About the Exam is Provided Below.

Group D Selection Process :
The Railway Recruitment Cell will complete All District/Zone’s Group D level 1 Recruitment based on this following Selection Process :
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
सबसे पहले Written Test यानि (Computer Based Test) कराया जायेगा।
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
उसके बाद जो लोग CBT Exam पास करते हैं, उन्हें Physical Efficiency Test (PET) के लिए बुलाया जायेगा।
- Document Verification
फिर उनका Qualified Candidates का Document and Candidature Verification कराया जायेगा।
- Medical Examination
और अंत में उस सभी को Medical Examination के लिए बुलाया जायेगा।
Railway Group D Admit Card :
All the Candidates must Download there Admit Card for the Written Test/ Online Test (CBT). Without having a Admit Card, No candidate will be allowed to give the Exam. Candidates Can Download them from the official website of RRB. No Admit cards will be Sent to the Candidates by Post. Candidates can also download the Admit Card from this post by the links provided below. How to Download Railway Group D Admit Card (Step by Step) :
- Go to the official website of RRC.
- Click on the “Recruitment” link, given on the home page.
- Select the RRC region.
- Click on the RRC Group D/Level 1 Call Letter Link.
- Enter your Registration number and Date of Birth.
- Click on Submit button.
- Download your RRC Group D e-call letter.

RRC Group D CBT Exam Pattern:
RRC Group D के Exam pattern की बात करें तो , इस परीक्षा में आपसे 100 Objective Type multiple Choice Questions पूछे जायेंगे , जो की नीचे दिए गए चार अलग अलग Subject में से होंगे जिन्हे Complete करने के लिए Total Time Duration : 90 Minutes यानि 1 hour का दिया जायेगा। Detailed Exam Pattern is as follow :
- The Exam Will be CBT Objective Type. / यह परीक्षा CBT यानि कम्प्यूटर पर आधारित होगी।
- The Exam will be of 100 Questions. / इस परीक्षा में 100 प्रश्न पूछे जायेंगे।
- The Time Duration for the Exam Will be 90 minutes (120 minutes for eligible PWD candidates accompanied with scribe) / इन 100 प्रश्न को पूरा करने के लिए 90 min यानि 1:30 घण्टे का समय दिया जायेगा और PWD Candidates के लिए 120 min का समय।
- The Question paper will be Based on the Subjects like / इस परीक्षा में इन दिया गए विषयों में से प्रश्न पूछे जायेंगे।
- General Science – 25 Marks/ Questions
- Mathematics – 25 Marks/ Questions
- General Intelligence and Reasoning – 30 Marks/ Questions
- General Awareness and Current Affairs – 20 Marks/ Questions
- There will be negative marking and 1/3 marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer. / इस परीक्षा में अगर आप कोई भी गलत जवाब देते हैं तो आपका 1/3 अंक काट लिया जायेगा।
Shortlisting Of Candidates For DV:
Based on the performance of candidates in CBT subject to their qualifying in PET, the number of candidates to be called for Document Verification(DV) shall henceforth be equal to the number of notified vacancies (i.e. in the ratio of 1:1)
Minimum percentage of marks for eligibility in various categories :
- UR – 40%,
- EWS – 40%,
- OBC (Non creamy layer) – 30%,
- SC – 30%,
- ST – 30%.
- सामान्य श्रेणी (For General Category) वाले छात्रों के लिए कम-से-कम हैं – 40% प्रतिशत अंक।
- अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग / अनुसूचित जाति / जनजाति (For OBC/SC/ST) के लिए कम-से-कम हैं – 30% अंक।
These percentage of marks for eligibility may be relaxed by 2% for PwBD candidates in case of shortage of PwBD candidates against vacancies reserved for them.
