Salary structure:
- Clerk: – 5,200-20,200 Grade Pay 1900 / –
- Stenographer: – 5,200-20,200 Grade Pay 2800 / –
Educational Qualifications:
The educational qualifications required for the post of Clerk and Stenographer (Grade-4) are as under:
(1) – Passed the Board of Secondary Education, Intermediate Examination of Uttar Pradesh or any examination recognized as equivalent by the Government.
(2) – Hindi and English computer typing requires a minimum speed of 25 words per minute and 30 words per minute respectively. (5-5 minutes in Hindi and English for typing)
(3) – CCC in computer operation provided by Doc Society (DOEACC). Certificate or the following qualifications.
(A) Secondary education in Uttar Pradesh as well as Computer Science subject as a separate subject in High School or Intermediate examinations is conducted by any institution / Board of Education established by Central or any State Government.
(b) Diploma or Degree in Computer Science (Degree / Diploma will be accepted only from educational institution recognized by AICTE or UGC).
(4) Stenography of 80 words per minute in Hindi for stenographer position. (The 05-minute dictation for shorthand must be typed into the computer within 40 minutes).
(5) – Preferential Qualifications: – For the above post, as other subjects are equal, preference will be given to the candidate who has:
1- Have served in the Territorial Army for a minimum of two years, or
2- Having ‘B’ certificate of National Cadet Corps.
Application Fee:
For general and OBC candidates Rs.600 / – and Rs. 300 / – for SC / ST candidates. Candidates with physical disabilities are exempted from application fee.
