| Senior Grade of Indian Information Service | (A) Educational: (i) a degree from a recognized university or institute; (ii) Diploma / Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication from a recognized University / Institution; Or a degree in journalism and mass communication from a recognized university / institute; (iii) Candidates must study the relevant Indian language till 10th class. Note: Direct recruitment to senior grade posts in Indian Information Service will be language based. No class-based / community-based reservations will be made for any language.
