पत्रकारिता का सिद्धांत सिलेबस
- पत्रकारिता क्या है ? समाचार, दृष्टिकोण, स्वतंत्रता, पारदर्शिता और निष्पक्षता ।
- पत्रकार की योग्यताएँ, जनमानस तैयार करने में उसकी भूमिका और सूचनाओं का विभागीकरण |
- जन संवाद के विकास की अवधारणा, उत्तरदायीपूर्ण प्रेस का इतिहास एवं विकास तथा दैनिक जीवन के मद्देनजर प्रेस की अवधारणा ।
- समाचार संकलन, स्वच्छ आलोचना एवं प्रचार के अधिकार के संबंध में पत्रकार के उत्तरदायित्व के संबंध में मार्गदर्शन / पत्रकारिता की मूलभूत आचार संहिता, प्रेस काउन्सिल (प्रेस परिषद) उसकी शक्ति एवं सीमाएँ।
- प्रेस की स्वतंत्रता, अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता, प्रेस की स्वायत्ता की सीमाएँ।
- राज्य बनाम प्रेस।
- नियंत्रणः स्वधारित कानून द्वारा ।
- राज्य से प्रेस का संबंध।

- समाचार लिखने की कला, समाचार महत्व के तथ्यों को खोजना, समाचार की भाषा और समाचार का ढाँचा तैयार करना।
- पत्रकार के कार्य, दायित्य एवं कर्त्तव्य ।
- समाचार को पहचानना एवं समाचार महत्त्व ।
- समाचार का श्रोत एवं समाचार के प्रकार।
- आम घटनाओं का वास्तविक संवाद प्रेषण, बैठक और प्रेस सम्मेलन ।
- राजकीय समारोह एवं दैनिक राजनीतिक घटनाओं का कवरेज (आच्छादन) संसदीय एवं राज्य विधान मंडल का समाचार संकलन एवं प्रेषण।
- वरीय विशेष संवाददाता के संवाद प्रेषण पर चर्चा।
- समाचार- अभिकरणें (हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी) दूरदर्शन और आकाशवाणी के लिए संवाद संकलन, इनके कार्य प्रणाली, समाचार कम्प्यूटर द्वारा भेजने एवं प्राप्त करने के संबंध में महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य ।
संपादन सिलेबस
- सम्पादकीय डेस्क और उसकी संरचना, अवर सम्पादक समाचार सम्पादक और मुख्य अवर सम्पादक का दायित्व ।
- विभिन्न प्रकार के समाचार का सम्पादन |
- समाचार लिखने की कला, समाचार लिखने तथा अन्य प्रकार के लेखों के बीच भिन्नता।
- समाचार पत्र के बनावट के सामान्य नियम-कायदे ।
- शीर्षक।
- सम्पादकीय पृष्ठ और सम्पादक के नाम पत्र ।
