Age Limit :
आयु गणना की निश्चायक तिथि 01 जुलाई 2021 है। अभ्यर्थी की आयु 01 जुलाई, 2021 को न्यूनतम 18 वर्ष हो तथा 42 वर्ष से अधिक आयु प्राप्त न की हो।
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit :
परन्तु उत्तराखण्ड राज्य की अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों एवं ऐसी अन्य श्रेणियों जो कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर अधिसूचित की जाय, को उच्चतर आयु सीमा उतने वर्ष अधिक होगी, जितनी ___ नियमों में विनिदिष्ट की गई हो।
Pay Scale :
वेतनमान- वेतन बैण्ड-1, ₹ 5200-20200, ग्रेड पे-2000 (सातवें वेतन आयोग में यथा संशोधित लेवल-3, पे मैटिक्स 21700-69100)
Education Qualification :
शैक्षिक एवं अधिमानी अर्हतायें– स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता(महिला) पद पर सीधी भर्ती के लिए अभ्यर्थी के पास निम्नलिखित अर्हतायें होनी आवश्यक है
I. अभ्यर्थी द्वारा भारतीय नर्सिंग परिषद्, नई दिल्ली द्वारा समय-समय पर निर्धारित शैक्षिक योग्यता एवं उक्त के अनुरुप बेसिक स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता (महिला) प्रशिक्षण कोर्स (जिसमें 06 माह का प्रसव प्रशिक्षण सम्मिलित है | सफलतापूर्वक किया हो।
II. अभ्यर्थी उत्तराखण्ड नर्सेस एण्ड मिडवाइव्स काउन्सिल में सम्यक रुप से पंजीकृत हो। .
अधिमानी अर्हताएं- अन्य बातों के समान होने पर सीधी भर्ती के मामले में ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को अधिमान दिया जायेगा जिसने:
(क) प्रादेशिक सेना में कम से कम दो वर्ष तक सेवा की हो, या
(ख) राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर का “बी” प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त किया हो।
